Four-time County Champion, Dan Bichner from Glenelg High School, has been named The Baltimore Sun's Howard County Wrestler of the Year. Bichner, who will wrestly at the University of Maryland next year, finished the season 37-3 (137-13 career) and won the 1A-2A state championship.
